Scheduling / Tuition: Four or Five lessons are given each month depending upon the amount of days per month your lesson appears on the calendar.  Tuition for the full month (4 or 5 lessons) is due on the 1st day of each month or at the 1st lesson of each month whether transmitted electronically or paid at the lesson.  My lesson rates are posted on the ‘Rates’ page of the Fulldose Music Ltd. website.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. 

 

Missed lessons / Makeup, Cancellation:  To be eligible for a makeup lesson, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required.  If not notified 24-hours in advance the lesson may be forfeited.  Due to scheduling, ideally, make-ups will be completed within one week of the missed lesson.  If the student has an illness or emergency and notifies me immediately I will makeup the lesson as soon as scheduling allows.  If for any reason I have to cancel a lesson, I will makeup the lesson as scheduling allows.  Time slots are booked, saved and allotted for each individual student on a Full Monthly basis year round.  If time off from lessons is needed for vacation, spring break, camps, school/sports events, etc… please consult with me in advance so we can schedule makeup lessons and secure slot for his/her return. 

 

Summer lessons:  Guitar lessons are a year-round learning experience and are continued throughout the summer.  Occasionally a time slot can be rearranged for the summer schedule but with caution so we don’t lose the original time slot for the fall schedule.  Just to reiterate, if time off from lessons is needed…. please consult with me in advance so that the slot is secure for his/her return.

 

Terminating Guitar Lessons:  A one-month (30 days) advance notice is required/requested to terminate lessons so I may fill your time slot accordingly.
